The BTRexpert Project, funded under the Erasmus+ Higher Education Programme, is officially launched. The Kick-off Meeting/Transnational Project Meeting took place on December 12-13, 2024, at the School of Mechanical Engineering, NTUA. Representatives from all partner institutions gathered to establish the foundation for this transformative initiative.

This project focuses on:

  • Advancing European knowledge of battery materials and recycling.
  • Developing innovative tools and methodologies for academia, industry professionals, and society.
  • Raising awareness about rare metal exploitation and sustainability in battery use.
  • Enhancing skills in the battery industry to meet the EU’s green and digital goals.
